What you need for this Italian Chichen and Avocado Salad

For the chicken
- 3 chicken fillets
- 2-3 lemon slices
- Extra-virgin olive oil (for cooking)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
For the salad
- 30 gr of rocket leaves
- Few red radicchio leaves
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- A pinch of dried oregano
- A dash of balsamic glaze
- A dash of lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
For the chicken
- For the chicken: sprinkle some olive oil in a non-stick pan with 1 lemon slice cut in half, and the chicken fillets seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Let the meat sear at medium heat, until cooked for a few minutes. If needed replace the lemon with a new one.
For the salad
- For the salad: Place all the vegetable ingredients in a bowl, add the seasoning and the chicken fillet once ready. Enjoy with a slice of bread on a side
