How to make this Greek Basil, Spinach and Walnuts Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet Baby spinach
- a handful Greek basil leaves
- 12-15 Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp EVOO Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese freshly gratetd
- a dash Lemon juice
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, wizz at low speed until everything is blended but not too smooth.
